Airbnb rents some of the most fabulous apartments and homes around the world so it is only fitting that their European hub be just as show-stopping. The organization hired architect Heneghan Peng to design and style the Dublin offices as an open and inventive space that reflects everything the company has to offer. Whilst they tied in culture from a variety of places, they also reference Dublin with the reception location mimicking an Irish pub full with a horseshoe bar.
A bench, designed by Peng, that was from the Pavilion of Ireland’s 2012 contribution to the Venice Biennale was brought in to offer seating to the staff. The bench is created up of 6 interlinked sections that sink as men and women sit on it, producing dips and peaks for user interaction.

Alcoves on the ends of the pods become cozy seating if required.
